Fire Dues

We send out 3,000 letters annually. Approximately 25% (750) are returned.

$750 x $50 = $37,500 annually from fire dues.

Tax Revenue

Each quarter, we receive approximately $1400 in tax revenue. We also receive $1300 annually from Alabama Forestry Funding. Total annually for both is $6900.

Annual Operating Budget

The budget for our department is $60,000.

• This leaves the difference to be made up at $15,600.

• This is done through other donations and fundraisers.
